GetSetBurn provides fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and training programs including:
- Personal training sessions (in-person and online)

- Progress tracking and analytics
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Consult with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program
- Notify us of any health conditions that may affect your ability to exercise safely
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
4. Health and Safety Disclaimer
GetSetBurn provides fitness information and coaching services for educational purposes. Our programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You participate in our programs at your own risk and are solely responsible for any resulting injury or health issue.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment terms for our Services:
- All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed the program content
- Individual sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to workout programs, nutrition plans, videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of GetSetBurn and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSetBurn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
